The ego identifies with having, but it’s satisfaction in having is a relatively shallow and short-lived one. Concealed within it remains a deep-seated sense of dissatisfaction, of incompleteness, of “not enough”. “I don’t have enough yet.”

When we attach our identity to forms, like our body, our religion, our gender or even ideaologies and thought forms,we will always want more. Intolerance and separation will result. This is the root of human dysfunction nowadays. To liberate ourselves, we need to cultivate awareness within.

I feel enthusiastic to share my passion in mindfulness with my little daughter and everyone around me. I write this blog for everyone who loves their lives and who would like to look into it deeply with me.
