Sitting meditation and walking meditation are great ways to train our mind to concentrate and stay mindful. However, to be able to live a stress free mindful life, we need to build mindfulness in our daily life. We need to use wisdom and develop some strategies to remind the mind to engage fully in every daily activity. If we only practice mindfulness during meditation, the transformation will be slow. On the contrary, if we constantly observe our mind and body in our daily life, the meditation practice will be easier.
