My little one is a very picky eater. I have had a hard time finding recipes to cook for her. Below is the recipe of a nutritious smoothie that Bella really loves. This smoothie is rich in protein, fiber and vitamins.
Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie
- 3 Tsp of blueberry Greek yogurt
- Egg white from half of a hard boiled egg
- 2 Tsp of boiled rice or cereals
- Half cup of soy milk/cow’s milk/almond milk
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend everything together for 2 minutes.
