Refreshing Smoothie for Afternoon

Pineapple Smoothie

My energy starts to get drained away after hours of teaching.  This smoothie is one of my favorites, the Pineapple Mint Smoothie. I feel so refreshed and clean after drinking it.

Ingredients:

A cup of pineapple

A cup of mint leaves

Half cup of iced water

A few Tsp of maple syrup or honey  (optional)
