Organic Garden

Bella and I walked around in our neighborhood in the morning. We felt the cool wind from winter and it was so refreshing! I was amazed by how fast the crops had grown in the organic garden of our neighborhood. It was owned by my husband’s friends. They kindly offer their crops for free to all of us in the village.

I am not knowledgeable about plants. But the grandparents in the village know exactly how to use them for different dishes. They said there are some corn, basil leaves, lemon grass, mint, cabbages, lettuces and some Thai local veges.

I feel that land is so precious. When we have a piece of land to grow crops, we will never be starved.
