10 chicken wings / 200g chicken wings
3 pieces of ginger
1-2 bunches scallion
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Chinese/ Japaness rice wine
Add some water until the sauce cover the chicken wings
Some cilantro for garnishing
1) Heat the wok and add oil. Then add ginger and chopped scallion. Cook until aromatic. Fry the chicken wings for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the wok.
2) Add the chicken wings into a pot. Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine, ginger and water.
3) Cook the wings with high heat until boil. Then switch to medium heat and boil for 20 minutes.
4) Check if the wings are cooked by cutting it through the Center with a knife. Dish out and garnish with cilantro. Serve!
